Costa Verde Hotel!

Costa Verde Hotel (Green Coast Hotel) is located outside of the town of Quepos and perched above Manuel Antonio National Park. The hotel is built on a bluff over looking the Pacific Ocean and park. It is a short 10 minute walk to the beach from the hotel.There is a rain forest that surrounds the hotel on several sides. Guests can hike the two miles of trails located on the premises. Guided tours are also available.
You will have the opportunity to see and hear the rare squirrel monkey, toucans, parrots and other Costa Rica wildlife. You will also learn about the many plants and flowers growing in the nearby jungle. Special lectures are given at the hotel describing the bio diversity and tropical wildlife that is so abundant and close by.There are many types and sizes of rooms available at the Costa Verde Hotel. Many have private balconies with ocean views. There are also kitchenettes in many of the rooms. Some of the accommodations are located quite a distance from the reception area and restaurant. Make sure when you make your reservations that you ask for the location relative to the main hotel. Some of the newer apartments do not have televisions, glass windows or air-conditioning. They do have, however, large screened walls to facilitate cross ventilation. The Costa Verde Hotel also features a house and bungalows for families and larger groups.
The restaurants at Costa Verde offer typical Costa Rica food as well as international cuisine with an emphasis on fresh fruit and sea food dishes. There is much to do in this area of Costa Rica. In addition to hiking through Manuel Antonio Park you can go swimming, surfing, snorkeling as well as take a canopy tour through the tops of the trees in the rain forest. Other water sports and sport fishing is also located close by. The town of Quepos is known as a fishing center with boats leaving on a regular basis to fish in the Pacific Ocean. As you can see, the
